Mfuzz

This is the development version of Mfuzz; for the stable release version, see Mfuzz.

Soft clustering of omics time series data


Bioconductor version: Development (3.21)

The Mfuzz package implements noise-robust soft clustering of omics time-series data, including transcriptomic, proteomic or metabolomic data. It is based on the use of c-means clustering. For convenience, it includes a graphical user interface.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
